Online bill pay - once you are signed up

You can pay your bill automatically with a checking or savings account. It is easy with AutoPay/ACH. If you set it up now, you can get a $25 one time bill credit. Our ebill allows you to see your invoices online as well. If you are already signed up for online billing, you can log on to your account here. FMTC Connect App

The FMTC Connect app allows you to control your WiFi, change your password, set protections for you or your family, block ads, set up a guest network, and more from your Android or Apple device (phone or tablet).

Our techs helped you install the app on one device when they were there for your installation. You can learn more about the app’s main dashboard using the short video below.

If you want to install the app on additional devices, you can use this link to Apple app store and this link to Google Play store to download the app to your desired device.

FMtv - our TV product and channel lineup

You can see or print our FMtv channel lineup on our TV page. While you are there, learn about Watch TVEverywhere which is included with your FMtv service at no extra cost.

Cloud DVR is included with your FMtv service as well. You get 500Gb of storage, and you can watch your recorded shows for up to 60 days. If your storage gets full, your oldest recordings will be automatically removed to make room for your new recordings.

Intelligent WiFi

Intelligent WiFi gives you an upgraded WiFi router (a U6), and ExperienceIQ all for $9.95 per month. Get all the details about Intelligent WiFi here.
