New billing system coming in September
What You Need to Know Now
Your bill will look slightly different in September because we have changed our billing system. We didn’t want you to be alarmed by the change, so we thought we’d let you know in advance.
The new system has many new features which will allow access to your bill, payment options, and even the ability to order and change services online – when all those features are turned on in the coming months.
You may also notice that your account number will change. To many, this change will have no impact. Others, mostly those who use ebilling, you’ll need the new number to make changes to your autopay.
The new system also involves changing how our ebilling, autopay options are processed. To allow for a smooth transition, we will shut off access to the current system on July 27th, so we can move to the new process by August 1st. If you are an ebill or autopay customer, you will receive more specific information about how to make the necessary changes.
